Returns

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.

No Refunds

Damaged or Defective Products

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this time, the order may already be processed and may not be eligible for cancellation.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
